December 2, 2024, the International Forum on Business Education Collaboration was successfully held at the School of Management, Xian Jiaotong University. The forum, themed International Cooperation and Innovative Development in Business Education, was co-hosted by Xian Jiaotong University and CEEMAN (The International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies). The event brought together over 150 participants, including leaders, scholars, and students from universities, businesses, and international organizations across countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as Central and Eastern Europe, including China, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School, was invited to attend the forum and deliver a keynote speech.


During the opening ceremony, the organizers held an induction ceremony for new members of CEEMAN. Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School, received the CEEMAN membership certificate on behalf of CUFE Business School from Professor Danica Purg, President of CEEMAN.

During the "University Presidents/Business School Deans Sub-Forum," Professor Lin Song delivered a keynote speech titled “Industry + Business: Business Education in the Digital Age.” In his presentation, he shared CUFE's experiences in innovating business education and emphasized the application of new technologies, such as big data and artificial intelligence, in the field. Professor Lin highlighted that CUFE Business School has established an “Industry + Business” education ecosystem, integrating industry practices with business education through curriculum reform, competency system development, and theoretical framework construction. This approach aims to cultivate a new generation of business talents equipped to meet the demands of the digital age.

During the roundtable discussion, Professor Lin Song engaged with fellow participants in an in-depth exchange on topics such as innovation in teaching methodologies, the role of university-run enterprises and business incubation, and the integration of AI into business education.
