" Born to be rich, Career because of you " - the newest in the net world, the trend of research and career leadership

On 28th September, Job Break Industry Sharing, a series of activities of ‘Born to be rich, Career because of you’ of Business School, was successfully held in 602 Bishop Building, which was hosted by Career Development Department of Graduate Students' Association of Business School. HR], [ByteDance PMO] and [Senior with rich experience in college administration and Internet work] were invited to bring you a wonderful sharing of Internet work experience. In order to enhance the understanding, the Career Development Department of the Business School Research Association specially set up a tag-to-tag session, in which each participant randomly selected three to five interesting tags when entering the venue, and students with the same experience got together to freely share their internship experiences and interesting stories, and the activity was kicked off in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.



In the fun experience sharing session, students shared those interesting and unforgettable experiences during the internship process, which attracted laughter and stimulated students' thinking at the same time. This session not only let everyone get familiar with each other quickly, but also made the atmosphere of the meeting more relaxed and active.



Afterwards, the students asked the sisters freely about the Internet industry they cared about, and the sisters shared a lot of valuable dry goods, guiding students how to prepare resumes and accumulate internships according to the time of the Internet autumn recruitment, and finally succeed in getting the hiring offer.The sisters pointed out that, in the process of preparing for the interview, we should cherish every interview opportunity and review our interview questions; prepare for the interview carefully and pay attention to the structure and organisation of speaking. The last session was the Heartbeat Challenge Mock Interview.



The last session was the Heartbeat Challenge Mock Interview, which pushed the activity to the climax. Zhou Haochen volunteered to accept the challenge of a mock interview. Sisters asked many questions about Internet interviews, and Zhou gave wonderful answers based on his excellent performance and experience. Sisters also put forward many practical interview skills on the mock interview, such as self-introduction, how to answer questions about previous internships and student work, and so on.



All of them said that through this activity, they not only learnt a lot of practical job-seeking skills, but also made a lot of like-minded friends. This activity has undoubtedly laid a solid foundation for their future career development path, and I believe that in the coming days, all of them will be able to go farther and farther in their career path and realise their dreams!
