After the fierce competition in seven regions, a total of more than 1,000 contestants from 100 colleges and universities across the country entered the finals. This year's HRU Competition, with the theme of ‘Cultivating, nurturing and adapting complex talents to the development of new quality productivity’, was divided into seven tracks: no-leadership group discussion, practice design, digital HR practice, workplace practice, case analysis, labour dispute handling and HR-English, with a panel of judges composed of corporate HR executives and senior lawyers to assess the competitors' performance.
